Key responsibilities
- Lead copy development for integrated campaigns across various brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce award-worthy creative work
- Mentor and develop junior writers and Copy Supervisors while ensuring brand consistency and medical accuracy
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency
- Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring writers
- Strong understanding of healthcare communications and the MLR process
- Experience with AI tools that support creative development
- Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work
