Group Director Account Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Director, Account Management for a US Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for retaining and growing existing customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth
• Manage a team of account managers to achieve revenue and client retention goals

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in similar account management and leadership roles
• Experience with warehousing and supply chain processes, systems, and solutions
• 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry preferred
• B.A. degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
