Job Summary
Owning senior client relationships and business outcomes across a defined portfolio, the full-time Group Director, Client Partner will design multi-year growth strategies, lead client touchpoints, and translate insights into actionable decisions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and socialize multi-year growth strategies, aligning executives on ambition and investment while resolving competing incentives
- Nurture trusted relationships across stakeholders and lead strategic client touchpoints to turn insights into decisions
- Oversee integrated planning across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience leading multi-million dollar client engagements in performance marketing
- 6+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and individual contributors
- Expertise in executive relationship leadership and change management
- Cross-channel literacy with strong measurement acumen, including forecasting and KPI analysis
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
