A company is looking for a Group Director of Insights in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building scalable research methods and practices for diverse client projects
• Conducting and overseeing qualitative research, collaborating with teams, and presenting findings
• Developing original thought leadership, monitoring industry trends, and fostering data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of qualitative research experience in agency, consulting, and in-house settings
• Passion for research, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to execute primary qualitative research
• Experience with emerging technologies in research, published thought leadership, and strong storytelling skills
• Ability to adjust research tasks based on timing and expertise in interview and group moderation
• UX design or design thinking experience is a bonus
