Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Enrollment Representative (Maintenance).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle eligibility processing and respond to customer inquiries while meeting production and quality metrics
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships to ensure successful program implementation
• Evaluate and maintain eligibility of certificate holders for enrollment and ensure compliance with policyholder contracts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficient in using personal computers and Microsoft applications
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
• Strong math and analytical abilities
• Demonstrates sound judgment and flexibility
