Group Financial Controller

Job Summary

Ambitious and hands-on, the full-time remote Group Financial Controller will lead day-to-day finance operations, ensuring financial control, reporting, compliance, and group consolidation while driving improvements in systems and processes to support rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including consolidated group management accounts and board reporting
• Lead multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, and ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax requirements
• Drive process improvements in financial systems and operational workflows to enhance scalability and reporting automation

Required qualifications

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role, preferably in SaaS or high-growth startup environments
• Strong technical accounting and group consolidation experience
• Proven experience managing audits and multi-entity structures
• Advanced Excel and finance systems experience; familiarity with tools like Campfire and/or NetSuite is a plus
