Job Summary

Leading financial control and reporting, the full-time salaried Group Financial Controller will oversee finance operations, ensuring the integrity of financial data and driving improvements in program performance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Lead and develop Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions, driving continuous improvement in finance operations
• Oversee group tax compliance and manage cash flow forecasting, ensuring financial discipline across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Strong financial control background with 7+ years of experience in month-end close and statutory reporting
• Qualified CA (SA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience in a multi-entity or international environment
• Proven ability to connect finance technologies with HR and operational systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated success in broad finance roles with a strong technical understanding of financial concepts
