  • Review and enter enrollment information with high accuracy
  • Handle benefit plan referrals and troubleshoot and correct data problems
  • Facilitate department projects, provide project timelines, and participate in customer calls/meetings
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of relevant business experience
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and Salesforce (preferred)
