Job Summary

- Review and enter enrollment information with high accuracy
- Handle benefit plan referrals and troubleshoot and correct data problems
- Facilitate department projects, provide project timelines, and participate in customer calls/meetings
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of relevant business experience
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- College degree (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and Salesforce (preferred)
