Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Insurance Team Lead, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve customer service and claims management excellence
• Ensure accuracy of benefits paid on disability claims and monitor offset management
• Provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to direct reports while driving employee engagement

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of three years in Group Insurance Operations or claims experience
• Proven understanding of STD/Absence/Paid Leave claim management processes
• Prior coaching, mentorship, or leadership experience is essential
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Direct supervisory experience is a plus
