Group Insurance Team Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist in the Group Insurance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process manual RFP setups and assist with the development of automated solutions for RFPs
• Adhere to SLAs and turnaround times, manage inventory, and process requests from distribution partners and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Underwriting to ensure correct case setup for rating and quoting

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of similar work experience
• High level of computer proficiency
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
