• Utilize AI drafting tools to enhance contract drafting and negotiation processes

Required Qualifications

• Solid expertise in the enterprise software space and related legal frameworks
• Understanding of global privacy laws is advantageous
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in cross-border commercial contracting
• Familiarity with AI drafting tools
