A company is looking for a Group Life Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct life claim investigations and determine eligibility for benefits
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding life benefits and manage ongoing claims
• Pay covered claims accurately and efficiently while adhering to compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or 2+ years equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook) is required
• Ability to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
• Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
