Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Life and Life Waiver Claims Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end claims process for Life products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Foster strong client relationships and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Build and lead high-performing claims teams, providing coaching and setting performance goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Life Insurance Claims
• 3+ years of leadership experience with strong team management abilities
• Specific experience with Group Life and Waiver claims
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
