Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Life Insurance Claims
- 3+ years of leadership experience with strong team management abilities
- Specific experience with Group Life and Waiver claims
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
