Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Group Manager, Product Design for Back Office, this full-time remote position will manage and mentor a high-performing design team, lead significant design projects, and contribute to product strategy while leveraging AI tools for enhanced design processes.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor a design team to execute product vision and strategy
• Lead design projects encompassing vision, strategy, and execution
• Build standards and processes that balance quality, capability, and speed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment
• Experience leading and managing a design team of 3-10 individuals
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma, Make, Claude)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output at scale
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, fostering a healthy design culture
