Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Portfolio Program Manager, Merchandising (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of portfolio managers and program managers, including goal setting and performance management
  • Lead execution of digital road map and manage business processes, resource allocation, and KPIs
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement strategies and ensure compliance with program governance
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent level of education
  • Over 10 years of experience in a managerial role with expertise in program management
  • Experience in interpreting strategy and policy to deliver objectives over medium to long time frames
  • 7-10 years of experience in big box retail
  • Proven track record in managing complex programs and portfolios
