Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the product growth function.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive self-serve revenue and lead a metrics-oriented team to enhance growth
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution of features for team acquisition and monetization
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Experience in Pricing & Packaging and developing B2C and B2B growth strategies
• Strong people management skills with a focus on mentoring PMs
• Proven ability to develop predictable growth models and revenue metrics
• Experience working directly with product and sales teams to meet performance targets
