Group Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the evaluation, planning, and implementation of technology solutions for the Homecare Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to understand user workflows and technology requirements for an EMR system
• Serve as the product owner for field technology platforms, including Skedulo and future EMR systems
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and coordinate with stakeholders for effective system adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology implementation in a healthcare or homecare environment
• Experience with workforce management, EMR, or care coordination platforms
• Strong understanding of homecare workflows and healthcare regulatory considerations
• Proven ability to develop and present business cases and technology proposals to leadership
