Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution for customer onboarding, focusing on application experience, identity verification, and credit risk evaluation
• Architect systems to detect and prevent fraud, collaborating with engineering, data science, and compliance teams
• Align product goals with legal requirements and enhance user experience through insights from application metrics and user behavior

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of fraud, risk, and FinTech products
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and launching financial products
• Strong focus on customer needs with analytical skills
• Comfortable working with technical teams and fintech infrastructure
