Group Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Defines and oversees a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business metrics
• Advocates for customer needs by engaging with clients to identify pain points and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies
• Prior experience in Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
