Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager - In-Store Services, Experiences, & Performance (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers to enhance in-store experiences through service innovation and performance-driven solutions
• Define product strategy, prioritize work, and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage and develop product managers while fostering a people-first culture and ensuring alignment across product teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of lean product management and human-centered design practices
• Experience managing the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle
• Proven ability to define cohesive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps
• Previous management experience for a team of product managers
• Experience with managing third-party vendors and contract negotiations
