Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager for Customer Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop three Team Leads and 11+ Product Owners through regular coaching and performance management
• Design and implement scalable capacity planning systems and frameworks for product management
• Provide hands-on support for complex product challenges and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with increasing leadership responsibility
• 3+ years managing Product Managers or Product Owners
• Proven experience scaling product teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong capacity planning and resource management skills
• Experience in enterprise B2B environments where sales cycles influence the product roadmap
