Group Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a cluster of related products and drive product strategy across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for a product group, aligning with company objectives and customer needs
• Manage a team of product managers or lead across squads to achieve shared goals
• Coordinate roadmaps across interdependent teams and ensure prioritization across the portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 9 years of practical experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record of managing the development of digital products from ideation through launch
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in an agile development environment
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a technology-driven organization
