Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Digital Pickup portfolio
• Define and manage the digital product roadmap and release plan, prioritizing work based on various factors
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in operationally complex environments
• Experience in the logistics, transportation, or e-commerce industry is preferred
• Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements and product features
• Experience leading and managing a team of product managers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 9 years of practical experience in lieu of a degree
