Group Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic product planning and oversee junior product managers, the full-time Group Product Manager will focus on defining business requirements, managing product features, and ensuring customer-centric development in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Establishing and planning features and business value for a complex product ecosystem while balancing diverse stakeholder needs
• Leading cross-functional coordination to secure buy-in for a cohesive end-to-end customer experience across product lines
• Conducting financial analysis, including budgeting and variance analysis, to identify product opportunities and manage risks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, with consideration for relevant coursework and experience
• 15+ years of relevant work experience in product management
• Proven ability to lead and direct junior product managers
• Experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research
• Strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning
