Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Group Product Manager, the full-time remote position will champion product excellence by mentoring Product Managers and driving the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance their product management skills and strategic thinking
• Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, focusing on monetization strategy and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature adoption and commercialization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is preferred
• Practical knowledge of modern product operating models and coaching methodologies
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product health metrics
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
