Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Experienced leaders will find a full-time remote Group Product Manager opportunity focused on mentoring product managers, driving product strategy for Advanced Ads, and implementing a best-in-class product operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance their product management skills and strategic thinking
• Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption and commercialization of product features

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is highly desirable
• Practical experience with a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to pivot based on product health metrics
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
