Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Group Product Manager, the successful candidate will champion product excellence by mentoring Product Managers and driving the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform, enhancing its integration within the MonetizeMore ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to elevate their product management skills and promote an outcome-driven culture
• Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, focusing on monetization strategy and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption and commercialization of new features

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem
• Practical knowledge of modern Product Operating Models and coaching methodologies
• Strong data analysis skills and a willingness to pivot based on product health metrics
• Ability to communicate complex concepts into clear value propositions for diverse stakeholders
