Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Group Product Manager, the successful candidate will champion product excellence by mentoring other Product Managers and drive the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to elevate their product craft and strategic thinking
• Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, focusing on customer impact and revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption and commercialization of product features

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Practical experience within a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is a plus
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot based on product health metrics
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
