Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time Group Product Manager will define and execute product strategy for Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) while ensuring the effective use of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mentors and inspires a team of Product Managers and Analysts to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
• Establishes expectations for AI use in product development, enhancing research, content generation, and decision-making processes
• Monitors product KPIs and business metrics to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• Experience with Product Management and People Leadership
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies
• Prior Risk Management experience strongly preferred
