Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time Group Product Manager will define and execute the product strategy for finance transformation and automation, driving high-impact initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with Finance leadership priorities
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting standards for product craft and stakeholder management
• Drive cross-functional execution of initiatives spanning reconciliation tooling and self-serve tools for Accounting and Treasury

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other product managers in finance or enterprise infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of financial operations, including accounting pipelines and reconciliation workflows
• Computer Science degree or hands-on software engineering experience for meaningful engagement with engineers
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward a common vision
• Familiarity with crypto asset types and their intersection with traditional financial record-keeping
