Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the financial engineering initiatives, the full-time Group Product Manager will define the product strategy for finance transformation and automation, manage a team of product managers, and drive cross-functional execution of high-impact projects in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with Finance leadership priorities
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting standards for product craft and stakeholder management
• Drive execution of initiatives across reconciliation tooling, financial reporting, and self-serve tools for Accounting and Treasury

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other product managers
• Deep knowledge of financial operations including accounting pipelines and treasury management
• Computer Science degree or hands-on software engineering experience
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with crypto asset types and traditional financial record-keeping
