Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and multi-year strategy for Developer Infrastructure, the full-time Group Product Manager will manage the entire code lifecycle, drive system simplification, and enhance developer productivity in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and production readiness standards
• Lead systems migrations to reduce complexity and improve reliability for engineers
• Analyze internal customer needs and translate insights into prioritized investments for high-impact improvements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in developer infrastructure or engineering platforms
• Deep expertise in the code lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
• Proven track record of executing multi-year platform strategies that enhance developer velocity and quality
• Experience building products for engineers as primary customers, driving adoption across teams
• Ability to communicate complex infrastructure strategies to senior leadership effectively
