Group Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the evolution of a game-changing AI solution, the fully remote Group Product Manager will own and shape the SmarterDenials platform, leading product vision, managing a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product capabilities and drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials teams, prioritizing initiatives that enhance clinical and commercial outcomes
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering customer empathy and execution excellence
• Engage customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for impactful product improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management role
• 3+ years of experience in healthtech, particularly in RCM, denials management, or B2B clinical workflows
• A proven track record of scaling established products and contributing to new product development
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and UX
• Experience managing both external customers and internal stakeholders
