Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Group Product Manager, the successful candidate will champion product excellence by mentoring Product Managers and drive the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform, enhancing its integration and growth within the MonetizeMore ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to elevate their product craft and strategic thinking
• Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, focusing on monetization strategy and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature adoption and commercialization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is highly desirable
• Practical knowledge of modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Models
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product health metrics
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
