Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Group Product Manager, the full-time remote position will champion product excellence by mentoring other Product Managers and drive the strategy and execution for Advanced Ads, a leading ad-management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance their product management skills and promote an outcome-driven culture
• Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, ensuring alignment with the overall MonetizeMore ecosystem
• Lead continuous product discovery and prioritize the product roadmap based on clear ROI and customer lifetime value

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is highly desirable
• Practical experience with modern Product Operating Models and a strong understanding of best practices
• Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions and a willingness to pivot based on product health metrics
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
