Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Group Product Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage and mentor Product Managers while driving the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance their product management skills and foster an outcome-driven culture
• Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, prioritizing features based on customer impact and revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and commercialization of product features

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is highly desirable
• Practical knowledge of modern Product Operating Models and the ability to coach others
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot based on product health metrics
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
