Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Group Product Manager, the successful candidate will champion product excellence by mentoring Product Managers and drive the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform, enhancing its integration within the MonetizeMore ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to elevate product craft and strategic thinking
• Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, focusing on monetization and customer value
• Lead continuous product discovery and ensure cross-functional alignment for successful feature adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem
• Practical knowledge of modern Product Operating Models
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to pivot based on product health metrics
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
