Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Compliance Agent Experience product team, the full-time Group Product Manager will drive an automation-first roadmap for internal tooling and automated experiences used by operational Compliance teams to enhance efficiency in executing Coinbase's Financial Crime programs, all while working in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area focused on AML/financial crime operations
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for Compliance investigation experiences, balancing scale, effectiveness, and regulatory commitments
• Establish clear success metrics and instrumentation for Compliance tooling, proactively addressing security, privacy, and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping consumer products at a global scale
• 5+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, or similarly complex domains
• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience driving AI-powered customer support solutions
• Proven ability to translate bold ideas into impactful features with measurable results
• Strong analytical skills for market sizing and turning complex data into actionable insights
