Group Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of enterprise platforms, the full-time Group Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for the Financial Systems domain, ensuring robust billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog and collaborate with finance and engineering teams to translate complex strategies into system logic
• Design automated validation gates to eliminate manual workarounds and ensure compliance within the financial systems
• Establish a comprehensive roadmap for Financial Systems, prioritizing scalability, stability, and compliance for public-market readiness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including managing Product Managers
• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-To-Pay lifecycles
• Advanced operational experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Billing and NetSuite ERP
• Proven track record of collaborating with executive stakeholders and managing a technical product backlog
• Experience directing external implementation partners and ensuring adherence to product strategy
