Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers in a full-time remote capacity, the Group Product Manager will define and execute product strategy for Claims products, ensuring meaningful customer outcomes while leveraging AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
• Establishes expectations for AI usage in research, delivery, and evaluation phases of product development
• Monitors product KPIs and business metrics to optimize team efficiency and product effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies
• Prior experience in Risk Management and/or Property & Casualty Insurance is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
