Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time remote Group Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for the Member Coverage & Support platforms, focusing on improving member experiences and operational efficiency through technical systems and workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Member Coverage & Support platforms
• Lead product strategy across systems supporting member coverage, billing, payments, and service workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to modernize tools and improve platform scalability and usability

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading technical platform products, APIs, or integrations
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize work and measure success
