Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product team for the Member Coverage & Support Platform, the full-time remote Group Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for complex product areas, manage a team of product managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance member experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Member Coverage & Support platforms
• Lead product strategy across technical systems supporting member coverage, billing, payments, and service workflows
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while driving measurable improvements in operational and member experience outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading technical platform products, internal tools, or APIs
• Proven ability to manage complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
