Job Summary
Leading the product vision and strategy for multiple product lines, the full-time Group Product Manager will mentor a team of product managers, drive product innovations based on incident responder needs, and establish actionable roadmaps through KPI tracking, all in a hybrid work environment based in Silver Spring, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy while driving roadmap planning and cross-team alignment
- Lead and develop product managers, enhancing product thinking and execution across multi-team initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and design to develop high-impact solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or technical SaaS products
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching product managers and influencing cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery
- Technical depth in system architecture, data flows, and cybersecurity logic
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding incident response workflows
