Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time salaried Group Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for supplemental and intervention products in literacy and math, while also overseeing the free content team, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year roadmap based on market intelligence and customer feedback
• Drive product execution from concept to launch, ensuring quality and alignment with educational impact goals
• Lead annual product planning, set OKRs, and manage cross-functional collaboration to achieve commercial performance targets

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment with at least 5 years in managerial roles leading product teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products
• Strong execution and strategic instincts, particularly in balancing user needs and business opportunities
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and ability to collaborate with technical teams
