Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for logistics solutions, the full-time Group Product Manager will lead a team in developing and enhancing 3PL and Transportation products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate a multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Logistics product line
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three, establishing high standards for product discovery and execution
• Own product outcomes, focusing on adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction across the 3PL and Transportation products

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing other PMs
• Proven ability to own and ship products in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in logistics or supply chain
• Strong product instincts with the capacity to navigate strategic thinking and detailed execution
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical tradeoffs and business cases to diverse audiences
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and with incomplete information
