Job Summary
Leading product strategy and execution for the Corporate & Commercial Product portfolio, the full-time Group Product Manager will own the vision and roadmap while mentoring a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Corporate & Commercial Product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts to drive performance and professional growth
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and inform portfolio-level strategy while analyzing performance against success metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with 3-5 years in the financial services/banking industry
- Proven track record of setting product strategy and roadmap for a multi-product portfolio
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing product talent
- Domain knowledge of corporate and commercial banking, core banking, and/or product and pricing is a strong asset
