Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of AI systems in consumer and merchant experiences, the full-time remote Group Product Manager, AI will manage Zip's AI-powered product portfolio, focusing on agent architectures and ensuring product scalability and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for AI products, ensuring customer-facing outcomes
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for smart AI-powered products to enhance decision-making and personalization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on roadmap priorities and drive AI best practices

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years in product management, with significant experience in enterprise systems or AI
• 3-5+ years in leadership roles managing complex, high-stakes systems
• Strong background in platform products, APIs, or developer ecosystems
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent architectures
• Proven track record of owning multi-product portfolios and delivering measurable outcomes
