Group Product Manager, Compliance

Job Summary

Leading a distributed team, the full-time Group Product Manager, Compliance will drive the automation-first roadmap for internal tooling used by Compliance teams, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area, focusing on AML and financial crime operations
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for Compliance investigation experiences, balancing scale and investigator effectiveness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless tooling that improves investigation throughput and meets security and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping consumer products at a global scale
• 5+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech or complex domains
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience driving AI-powered customer support solutions
• Proven ability to lead and develop Product Management teams
• Strong analytical skills for market sizing and turning complex data into actionable insights
