Job Summary

Leading a team focused on compliance tools, the full-time Group Product Manager, Compliance will drive the development of AI-powered investigation experiences, enhancing operational efficiency for compliance teams while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area, focusing on AML and financial crime operations
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for compliance investigation experiences, balancing scale and regulatory commitments
• Drive automation-first workflows while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and auditability requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping global consumer products
• 5+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech or complex domains
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience driving AI-powered customer support solutions
• Proven ability to lead and develop Product Management teams
• Strong analytical skills for market sizing and turning complex data into actionable insights
