Group Product Manager, Compliance

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on Compliance Agent Experience, the full-time Group Product Manager will drive the automation-first roadmap for internal tools used in financial crime programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance investigation workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area, focusing on AML and financial crime operations
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for Compliance investigation experiences, balancing scale and investigator effectiveness
• Establish success metrics for Compliance tooling and proactively address security, privacy, and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping consumer products at a global scale
• 5+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, or complex domains
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience driving AI-powered customer support solutions
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate bold ideas into impactful features
• Unlimited curiosity and a proactive approach to researching and adapting new technologies
